Tickets.ua is a member of the holding TTN, one of the leading and dynamically growing online travel agencies in Europe.

The holding owns one of the largest portfolios of travel services among online travel agencies. The list of such services includes flight tickets, hotels, train and bus tickets, insurance, transfers, car hire, city breaks, concert and other tickets.

The company was founded in Ukraine in 2009 with the launch of an online travel agency Tickets.UA. Now, TTN offers travel services under brands – Tickets, KissAndFly, Mytickets, Travelfrom. Company's headquarters is in Vienna, Austria.

All the sites of the holding were developed at its own Research and Development Center located in Lviv, Ukraine. Technological support and service development are carried out by a team which consists of more than 200 engineers and managers. Tickets.ua is a unique platform which combines distribution systems, business logic, and payment gateways. To comply with the highest standards of client service, we implement innovative technologies. Our own billing solution allows the processing of electronic payments via leading acquiring banks. Such apporoach reduces financial transaction expenses and improves credit and debit card acceptance.

Licenses

Tickets.ua service is accredited by International Air Transport Association (IATA). Its certificates prove that the agency may sell flight tickets and has all the necessary resources for such activity, including competent staff.
