After sending the request, our system will automatically monitor for tickets availability and we will inform you as soon as Ukrzaliznystia opens the tickets sale.

Select the needed option: “Inform via E-mail” or “Seats Reservation” in the pop-up window.

• “Inform via e-mail”

Having selected the option “Inform via E-mail”, you may leave a request application for the appearance of seats for sale*. The route and date of travel have been already entered, that's why you need to select the number of a train, the type of a carriage, preferred travel time and the price in the drop-down lists**.

Enter the address of your e-mail, and as soon as the seats for the selected train and date are available for sale, you will get an immediate notification. Once you have received the notification, you will need to click on the link in time and pay for the order within 25 minutes from the moment of its creation.

• ”Seats Reservation”

Having selected the option “Seats Reservation”, you may leave a request application for the appearance of seats for sale*. The route and date of travel have been already entered, that's why you need to select the number of a train, the type of a carriage, preferred travel time and the price in the drop-down lists**.

Enter your email address, cell phone number, and passenger information. As soon as the seats for the selected train and date are available for sale, we will immediately book the ticket for you. You will receive an SMS notification on the entered phone number, and a message with the notification on booking creation to the entered e-mail.

You will need to click on the link in time and pay for the order within 25 minutes from the moment of its creation.

Please note that it is possible to pay for this order only by electronic means.

**Why is it important to choose the priority? If more than one ticket, complied with the entered criteria, will be available for sale, the system has to make a choice. We recommend you to indicate the priority as accurate as it is possible in the following fields: the number of a train, arrival/departure time, and price. Thus, we will be able to find or book the seats you are looking for.
