On the website Tickets.ua it is possible to book tickets (with subsequent purchase at the box office) for all categories of citizens who have concessions when travelling by trains of Ukrzaliznytsia.

The list of privileged categories of citizens who can purchase tickets only at the railway box office (in the presence of corresponding documents):

• Participants of military operations;
• Family members of killed combatants;
• Disabled persons who belong to I, II, III categories;
• Persons who accompany disabled people of the first category;
• Heroes of Ukraine and the Soviet Union;
• Holders of the Order of Glory and the Order of Labour Glory;
• Persons awarded with four or more “For Courage” medals;
• Heroes of Socialist Labour;
• People’s deputies of Ukraine during the performance period of their official duties;
• Full-time students of higher educational institutions and students of trade schools.
  

How you can order and receive a concessionary ticket online

1. Enter the data for search, choose the best train and seats.
2. Select the type of “Book” purchase.
3. Pay only for the cost of reservation online.
4. Show a 14-digit code of your reservation and present a document, which confirms your rights for concessionary travel, to the cashier. It should be done till the expiry date of buying out the ticket.
5. Pay the actual cost for the ticket and receive the travel document.
   

Child’s ticket

On the website Corporate.tickets.ua, it is possible to buy/book a child’s ticket with discount provided by Ukrzaliznytsia. Read more information on how to buy a ticket for a child.

Please note!

• When boarding a train, the passenger with a concessionary ticket has to present a document which confirms his/her rights for concessionary travel.
• When boarding a train, a child should have his/her birth certificate (or another document for its substitution). It is recommended to take all the originals along with you.
