    To issue tickets for trains bound for Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Abkhazia, a passenger's ID is required:
    • a Russian Federation internal passport,
    • a Russian Federation birth certificate (for minors under 14 years of age),
    • a Russian Federation international (including diplomatic and service) passport,
    • a foreign document issued for the citizen of the CIS, Republic of Latvia, Republic of Lithuania, Republic of Estonia or other foreign countries.
    To issue tickets for trains bound for Ukraine, Republic of Azerbaijan, Republic of Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Republic of Uzbekistan, Republic of Moldova, Republic of Latvia, Republic of Lithuania, Republic of Estonia and other foreign countries,  a passenger's ID is required:
    • a Russian Federation international (including diplomatic and service) passport,
    • a foreign document issued for a citizen of the CIS, Republic of Latvia, Republic of Lithuania, Republic of Estonia or other foreign countries.
