If you can’t contact an operator of the assistance company or if you require immediate medical assistance, contact the nearest medical institution or a doctor yourself. Don’t forget to present your insurance policy!

Please note the terms of applying for insurance compensation:

1. In case of inpatient treatment, you (or your representative) has to contact the assistance company within 48 hours of the moment of your admission to the hospital to agree on the expenses.
2. In case of ambulatory treatment, if its cost exceeds EUR 1,000 (UAH 1,000 for trips within Ukraine), agree on the expenses with the assistance company before you pay for the treatment.
3. In all other cases, inform the insurance company of the insured event (not later than 30 days after the day it occurred).
