According to the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Documents and Electronic Circulation of Documents”, a printed e-policy has the same force and effect as the original.
All embassies, consulates, and visa centers located in Ukraine are aware of the lawfulness of the e-insurance policy use. However, you may be asked to present a policy with an authentic (ink) stamp. Please note: the absence of such document does not provide grounds for visa denial of visa application denial.
To get an authentic (ink) stamp on your e-insurance policy, please contact the office of the insurance company near you.
Additionally, when booking a flight along with the insurance you are planning to use to apply for a visa, you can order a policy with an authentic (ink) stamp. It will be sent to you via the Ukrainian state postal service “Ukrposhta” within 3-5 days. Find out more about this service and how you can use it
