Each airline company has its own rules and rates for excess, bulky, or non-standard baggage.

If the weight and/or dimensions of checked baggage exceed the airline company limits, the passenger will be surcharged for the extra baggage at the airline's rates.

If you plan to transport baggage the weight and/or dimensions of which are exceeding the limits, please inform our Customer Support before you make payment. We will forward your request to the airline company to make sure whether it is possible for your flight.

If you have not agreed the carriage of excess and bulky luggage in advance, the airline company can deny boarding.
