There are several methods of transporting fragile items, musical instruments, electrical appliances, office equipment, and similar objects on the plane.

1. In the carry-on baggage
In the carry-on baggage you can take items the weight and dimensions of which do not exceed the limits. Normally, following objects are allowed to be taken besides the carry-on baggage:

• a special bag with a laptop or tablet;
• photo camera;
• photo camera tripod.

You must also contact our Customer Support after booking but before paying for the ticket. We will forward your request to the airline company for the conditions of transportation of excess carry-on baggage in the cabin.

2. In the checked baggage
If your baggage contains fragile items, please inform the airport staff at the check-in desk. Your baggage will then be marked with the “Fragile” sticker and will not be loaded onto the belt with other bags. Nevertheless, it does not guarantee that your baggage will be handled carefully on each stage of loading and unloading.

3. Booking of a separate seat in the cabin
The bulky fragile baggage may be transported in the aircraft cabin if you booked a separate seat in the economy class. To order the service, please contact our Customer Support between booking and paying for the ticket.
