Involuntary are the changes caused by the event beyond the passenger's control: cancellation or delay of flight, no seats available, emergency landing, change of aircraft, sickness of passenger, etc.
If the airline company cannot operate the flight indicated in the ticket, it must offer another flight to the passenger or refund the ticket in case that the passenger cannot accept new flight.
If the reason for your flight cancellation is sickness, decline of visa issuance, please submit a refund request. This option is available in
“My Account.”
