How to cancel an Aeroexpress ticket?
In case of Aeroexpress ticket cancellation, full fare cost is refundable (except for refund fee of UAH 15 and payment system fee charged by the bank while payment for the ticket).Refund periods depend on the fare—Standard or Business.To refund the ticket, please
- In "My account" select the booking number.
- Press the button "Cancellation request".
- Confirm refund amount.
- If you paid via Visa/MasterCard payment, the money will be automatically credited to the card, you have used for the original payment, within 3–5 business days.
- If you paid via Wire Transfer, after accepting the amount refundable, you'll see a refund application. Fill it in, press the button "Send request"; the funds will be transferred to your company's account.
