Trip
cancellation happens very rarely, and most carriers inform passengers
about that. In such cases, we contact the passenger immediately and
inform him/her about trip cancellation and the procedure of ticket
refund.
- If your ticket is not to be exchanged at the box office, the passenger will receive a full ticket refund.
- If
your ticket is to be exchanged at the box office /when boarding a bus,
the procedure of ticket refund is carried out by withholding service
charge of the provider and commission of Tickets.ua website.
The carrier
determines final refund amount upon internal rules.
