Animals transportation
For animals transportation it is necessary to order a baggage receipt for the transportation of additional carry-on luggage with the inscription “Luggage in the hands of the passenger”.
Baggage receipt is issued when making an order on the website Tickets.ua or purchase at the railway box office not standing in the line.
If an animal weighs up to 20 kg, the transportation service is paid as for 20 kg of luggage.
If the weight exceeds 20 kg, then it is paid for the current weight.
Veterinary certificate (Form #1) is necessary for animals transportation as well.
