To cancel a booking online:
- Log into “My Account”–“My Orders”–“Flight tickets”–“Booking #”–“Edit order”–“Ticket Refund.”
- Select the booking you wish to cancel and specify the reason.
- Attach all the required documents – they will be listed after you select a refund reason.
- Click the “Send request.”
Important! Refund of a Partnership Fare ticketWhen you refund a Partnership Fare ticket, you must bear in mind that besides penalties, with which you familiarized yourself in the Fare Application Rules, supplier's fee of EUR 1 to EUR 4, depending on the partner, is nonrefundable.
As the fare under which the ticket was issued was in a foreign currency (USD, EUR, RUB), the amount refundable will be quoted in that currency and refunded to you according to the exchange rate on the day of refund.
By default, the recommendations are sorted by price and grouped by airline. Clicking on a price, you will get flight options by the airline's price.
Within 72 hours, we'll email you the information on your request. Your ticket will be canceled only after the amount refundable has been confirmed in the section
"My Account."Please note that certain tickets are nonrefundable.
