If you purchased a ticket with electronic check-in, you will get a boarding pass upon payment. It will also be available in the section  "My account."

Alternatively, you may need a control coupon in order to receive a boarding pass. With a control coupon (its printout , image on a smartphone, or 14-digit code) and the ID original specified in the order, you may obtain a boarding pass:

• at a railway station booking office – between purchase and train departure;
• on a check-in terminal at any time – between purchase and train departure;
• by electronic check-in on our site – the boarding pass will be emailed to you. Please note: this method is available only for the trains with the electronic check-in option. You may do it no later than 1 hour before train's departure from the starting point.

Booking offices where a boarding pass may be obtained are working at all major stations and stops and are connected to Express-3. They are available only on the territory of Russia.

A customer who applies for the ticket acts on behalf of all passengers in the order, and all the passengers are deemed to be informed of train boarding and carriage terms.
