Most tickets without electronic check-in may be refunded at a refund booking office on the territory of the Russian Federation at any time before train's departure from the passenger's boarding station.
Tickets with electronic check-in may be refunded if more than 1 hour is left before train's departure.
You may refund the whole order or a separate ticket. To do that, please enter "My account":
- In the section "My orders" select the order which must be refunded.
- Select "Ticket return."
- Specify the passengers whose tickets must be returned and their document numbers.
- Press "Refund." Funds will be returned to your account within 10 calendar days. The amount refundable depends on the date of return, train and carriage type. More about refund rules.
Please note: the service fee is nonrefundable.
