What is a control coupon?
A control coupon is a document in which a (14-digit) order and (14-digit) e-ticket number is printed. The file will be emailed to you upon payment for the ticket. It will also be available in "My account."
If only one ticket is ordered, the order number and the ticket number will coincide. If an order was made for more than one passenger, only the first passenger's order and e-ticket numbers will coincide.
Control coupon is not a travel document. To board, you will need a boarding pass.
Attention! You must print out the control coupon or write down the (14-digit) e-ticket number, which you will further exchange for a boarding pass.
