Under the 21 Aug. 2012 Directive of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation No. 322, the control coupon is a document of strict accountability; however, we don't recommend to use the electronic check-in in that case.
To present the reporting documents, you need to enter "My account" and print out the control coupon. If a passenger who made a trip with the electronic check-in needs to receive a printed ticket on a corresponding form, he or she may personally contact an RZD branch within 6 months after trains departure from the boarding station.If you haven't found an answer to your question, please contact our Customer Care Service
